DELETING A BERSAMA APPLICATION ACCOUNT

If you feel that you currently do not need the services of the BERSAMA Application, you may log out without having to close / delete your account. You may log in again at any time whenever you need the services of the BERSAMA Application. However, if you still wish to close / delete your account, please follow the steps below:

Important!

Before submitting a request to close / delete your account, you need to pay attention to the following matters:

  1. Make sure there are no ongoing transactions or liabilities on the account you wish to close. If there are, please complete or settle your bills first so that we can process your request.
  2. Make sure there is no remaining balance in your account. If there is still a balance, please withdraw or use it until exhausted, as the balance cannot be transferred to another account after we process the account closure request.
  3. If you wish to use the identity on your old account to upgrade your Account, please complete the upgrade first. If you receive a notification that your upgrade request is rejected because the ID you used is already registered, please contact us.
